The New Zealand-born hotelier brings with him over 25 years of work experience as a seasoned operations leader with extensive exposure in multi-cultural and prestigious resort hotels and businesses across the globe. Prior to his move to Hilton Manila, he has played a pivotal role and was an integral part in the continued success of various Hilton properties in China, Australia and Thailand where he made significant contributions to each of the hotel's operational efficiency, profitability and property guest satisfaction.
